In/Between/Outside: Three Volumes, 2026
In/Between/Outside: Three Volumes consists of two angled nylon planes installed on opposing sides, anchored by concrete blocks and tensioned by aluminum rods and cables, creating a path for the viewer to pass through the installation along a specific route, as the central areas of these two structures are fully occupied. A narrow pathway is created on the outside of the fabric, directing the viewer’s movement from one space to another in close proximity to the nylon. This ushers viewers through the space in a defined orientation, guiding them through a spatial choreography that positions the body inside, outside, and between the sculptural volumes.
